Since 2019, ApnaPayment has helped people in India's towns and villages earn a living without leaving home, by offering FASTag, banking, tax and vehicle services to their own community.
Most people in India still get things done at a shop they trust: the mobile shop, the CSC, the stall near the toll plaza. We give those shops the tools to offer services that used to need a bank branch or an agent in the city.
Our partners are shop owners, CSC operators and field agents. They register for free, complete KYC in the app and start serving customers the same week.
We work with IDFC FIRST Bank and Bajaj for FASTags and with Kotak Mahindra Bank for savings accounts. Every service runs through one app and one wallet.
Our team in Jaipur supports partners every day from 10 am to 10 pm, and field supervisors help new partners get set up.
